The Milpitas Housing Element team will be meeting with the Housing Subcommittee to share updates on the progress the team has made in updating the City’s Housing Element.

Updates will include:

• A summary of findings from stakeholder and community input gathered through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and public workshops;
• Findings from the background analysis, housing needs assessment, and a review of past accomplishments which will be used to develop housing goals and policies; and
• Preliminary draft sites inventory for accommodating Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) housing units.
