The Milpitas Housing Element team will be joining City Council in its June 7^th meeting to share updates on the progress the team has made in updating the City’s Housing Element.

Updates will include:

• A summary of findings from stakeholder and community input gathered through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and public workshops;
• Findings from the background analysis, housing needs assessment, and a review of past accomplishments which will be used to develop housing goals and policies; and
• Preliminary draft sites inventory for accommodating Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) housing units.
